A preschool inspired by Reggio Emilia
WAO Lab by Kids Create opened in 2022 as a preschool inspired by the Italian Reggio Emilia approach, focused on the academic development of two- and three-year-olds. The classroom is treated as a third teacher: the space, the materials and play guide the learning as much as the adult alongside them.
The project runs in Altos de Chavón and is separate from the WAO (We Are One) Hub, with which it shares a location but not a purpose.

This programme exists because someone sustains it
The Patronato is funded by donations from individuals and companies, and by the income from its own self-sustaining projects. Every contribution turns into meals, classes and medical care that happen tomorrow morning.
