Inclusion and equal opportunity
Launched in 2014, the Inclusion Programme was created to bring people with different abilities into the world of work, empowering them to develop their potential and grow personally. Support continues right through to hiring: full-time jobs, with all statutory benefits, at companies and institutions across the region.

This programme exists because someone sustains it
The Patronato is funded by donations from individuals and companies, and by the income from its own self-sustaining projects. Every contribution turns into meals, classes and medical care that happen tomorrow morning.
