Community assistance programme
In our Social Work Department we work to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities, families and individuals. Through an integral approach we provide direct support and work in partnership with other local organisations to broaden our impact.
Our commitment is reflected in a wide range of services and resources designed to meet basic needs and promote sustainable development. We offer:
Medical, dental and psychological care, guaranteeing access to essential health services.
Distribution of food, supplies and assistive devices such as wheelchairs, improving the quality of life of people with reduced mobility.
Training and workshops focused on education, entrepreneurship and skill-building for personal and community development.
Counselling and social support, accompanying those facing economic, emotional or social difficulties.
Thanks to a network of 192 partner organisations, we have had a positive impact on the lives of more than 2.9 million people since 2016. Our work has channelled in-kind donations and medical supplies worth more than US$86.5 million, benefiting communities in situations of emergency and need.
We believe in solidarity as an engine of change. We will keep working to build a fairer future and support those who need it most.

This programme exists because someone sustains it
The Patronato is funded by donations from individuals and companies, and by the income from its own self-sustaining projects. Every contribution turns into meals, classes and medical care that happen tomorrow morning.
